Day 2 of green smoothies is a success! Aidan also likes them. He hates spinach, but says, "Mom, you make the best spinach smoothies EVER!" LOL He asked me to make them again tomorrow (which is the plan, I'm going for daily), and I said, "I don't have spinach but I have red and green lettuce. "He said, "I don't like lettuce, but I bet I will love the smoothie, just like this!"
